Happy Monday to you all. This mood board has remained untitled. Somehow, it represents the mood I'd like to strive for this week, but I'm having trouble defining it ... Maybe you'd like to help? What mood does this board project for you?
My current mood is far from what I feel when I look at the mood board above. I feel not as calm as I'd wish. Not as structured as I'd wish. And not as carefree as I'd wish. Maybe those last two feelings contradict each other? I guess I'm a bit out of sorts.
I think I will plan to practice some mini meditation sessions this week - everyday. That should help. What do you do when you feel out of sorts? Any suggestions?
