Summer Inspired Colour Palettes for Interiors

I had a fabulous weekend. The weather was amazing and we decided to go off exploring some nearby cities and towns. We discovered so much and my mind feels really refreshed. This weekend really felt like summer to me - carefree, fun and full of sun. So I thought, what better way to start the week than with some colour palettes for interiors that are inspired by summer? As usual, I paired some summer scenes with some interior schemes and pulled a palette from there. Hope they make you feel as summery as I do.

(did you see the ones I did for spring, winter and fall?)

What do you think of these palettes? Would you choose any for your own home? I could go with "dressed fresh" or "horizon view"...

I hope you are all having a good start to the week.

Xx. Holly

Oy! You know what, it's tough to choose for me!! Hm, I love 'ocean's breath' and 'horizon view' but I love the other two as well. All so happy and just right for my eyes:-)

I just looked at the spring one and my comment started: it's raining. Well, that was in April. Guess what? It's July, yes it is, and it's raining!!!! Surprise surprise!

So, summer stories, pictures, anecdotes all very welcome. Happy you are enjoying my home neighbourhood and the weather is playing ball!

For me , it would have to be berry warm berry bright and horizon view.
That red lamp really rocks.

Great selection, actually they are all pretty cool. Great post!!

Love you have linked to TDC.

Hi Holly. It'd have to be dressed fresh for me. Wonderfully calm & clean.

I've said it before, but you are the queen of mood boards!

Gxx

Thanks for your comments guys! Picnicky Pink seems to be the weakest link here, lol! Kind of a funny colour scheme, but I'm sure there's a perfect person match out there for it ;)

Happy summer, hope the weather looks up for some of you Xx.

Ahh, I'm sure you could already guess that I'd go with Ocean's Breath. Gorgeous palette!

Fun post, Holly! I would pick Dressed Fresh (can I add just a pop of red?) and Berry Warm, Berry Bright (you guessed that one, right?).
That woman in the convertible with her hands in the air, wish that was me right now.

Lol! Theresa, I had the exact same thought about that lady in the car and why I chose the picture - if you look closer, she's wearing a wedding veil! Very sweet just-married shot :)

Thanks for stopping by!

I love the way you have matched the outdoor shots with some interior design themes. It's so easy to create a feeling of summer with the right elements in a room.
